Our own farm, ALEMA FINCA, perched at a breathtaking 1940 meters above sea level, is dedicated to cultivating the finest organic Sarchimor Arabica beans. Using traditional methods, we nurture our plants without harmful chemicals, allowing the unique flavours of our terroir to shine through. Each bean is hand-selected at peak ripeness, then undergoes a meticulous journey from farm to cup in our Bury St Edmunds roastery.
